By filling out and signing the form below, you hereby give notice that you will VACATE your Storage Space at SILVERADO SELF STORAGE, 5100 Las Brisas Blvd, Reno, NV 89523, on the date you specify in the form. SILVERADO SELF STORAGE may assume anything in my Storage Space after said date is abandoned by me and may dispose of any items left at their sole discretion and in any manner they choose. There will be a minimum $50.00 disposal fee assessed for items left in the space. It is understood there are NO REFUNDS OF THE CURRENT MONTH’S RENT. However, as a courtesy, we will prorate your rent only if the request is made prior to payment of the final month’s rent. One prorate request will be granted. Should the prorate date be exceeded, another full month’s rent will be due and payable.
